Mother's Chrome Polish...For Windows?

I was just wondering if you guys had any experience using the chrome polish on glass. On the bottle it says you can use it on glass. A detailer friend told me that all he uses to get the glass crystal clean and no streaks. What's your experience with it? Thanks guys.

Chrome Polish works very well on glass. Glass has a similar hardness as chrome plating does, and Chrome Polish gets tough film, waterspots., etc. off glass.



The down sides:



1) can't use on tint film since it has polish in it.

2) if you use on a pitted windsshield, the pits will have white residue in them.

3) have to be careful not to get on the interior trim or dash panel, since it will stain.



I use it every 2 months or so since it does a great job. In between I use either hot water on a MF or our Glass Cleaner.



Give it a shot.
