Well this weekend I painted the Garage and installed new lighting and installed a garage door opener. I still have to finish installing the TV on the mount and some shelves for the stereo. I really like the lights so far. I went from two 100 watt light bulbs to eight four foot 32 watt T8 Flourescent lights. I really like it.

Last weekend my garage looked like this.

Now it looks like this. Sorry for the poor photos but I just finished up about an hour ago.

in the second pic, to the far left, what is plugged in? the cord goes down to 2 lumps on the ground... what are they/it

I dunno why its buggin me....

Very nice... I need to re-clean my garage and do the floor the right way this time. Plus there are a few touch-up jobs the walls are in need of.

Lost Pup - No AC or heat. They are simply vents. I do have a few fans though :up

Tundra_Jim - You are looking at a cordless drill sitting on a battery charger and the other lump is one of my sandals.

MaThGr82, you have the garage that I want. :D

I bought my house and the previous owner had the garage floor coated in a dark grey. That make it really gloomy. If I had any options for storage of all my stuff I would like to recoat in a light colour to give the place a bit of a lift.

SilverLexus, Hemi57, Intercooled - Thanks!!

AutoNova - I did use one bag of the chips. When I was reading here how other people had done their floors, one common theme was that people kept running out of chips. I did not want to run out so I sprinkled them on lightly in an effort to not run out. I ended up using too little to really be noticable. I did use enough to give me some grip, but not a whole lot.
