After doing a CTS-V wagon for a new client of mine, the owner of this sedan saw that wagon at a local weekly car show here in South Florida and the two started talking.
This is a young college student who has put plenty of money in his sedan and is continuing to do so as we speak. After this job was done he has added ported LS3 heads and a cam swap.
Anyway, the owner of the wagon pointed out to him that his sedan was not looking like it should, especially given that he has so much money in mods already.
My number was given and i received a call to come take a look at his ride. He now realized how bad his car looked and wanted it corrected.
The car will soon be delegated to being a weekend warrior instead of DD after even more mods will be performed, the goal is 800whp. He has already purchased a Ram Dually that is undergoing it's own mods, slammed on bags, custom 24's etc.
I had to keep in mind that for the time being, this will still be DD AND it site outside 24/7.
They have 8 hot rods kept in the garage.
I pretty much started with the Meg's MF Cutting pad/D300 followed by D301 but i resorted also to Menz SIP and 106 to get more desirable results.
I have been using my Makita and Dewalt rotaries for so long that i haven't upgraded to a proper DA. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
After a wash, nothing special done because this car had no wax from any previous applications on it anyway since it had only been washed in the past.
Maybe an occasional ....very occasional wax in it's distant past.
My trusting ancient 7336, amazing how much this machine has done for me
I now realize hoe limited my before and after pic taking was.
I have to step up my steps documenting up a few notches or be put to shame by some of you guys on here who do an amazing job.
Unfortunately these wheels have been ruined by his regular wash service he was using for his and his family's cars. They need to refinished for sure.
