Mixing Products

Its probably the norm on here, but it seems my current way to use up things I will never use otherwise.

Autoglym Super Resin 50/50 mix with Autoglym Deep Shine

Autoglym Super Resin 50/50 mix with Autoglym Superglym polish.

Both the latter are pains to remove and the mix with SRP makes this easier and saves them going in the bin.

I brought some Sonus Detailing Spritz earlier in the year, and whatever I try find it streaks on my black car, also I find it seems thick when you spread it around. Rather than chuck it in the bin I have mixed it with a mix of Sonus Carnuba Sptritz and Pinnacle Cyrstal Mist to use it up. 1/3 of each. I was dubious of wasting the CS and CM, but so far it has allowed me to use some of the Detailing Spritz up rather than just binning it and it does not streak.

Waste of the good products, or better than binning the stuff that doesnt work?

I don't mix my products as I seem to be a packrat and just let them collect dust on the shelves... I can't convince myself to toss anything as I might have a need for it SOMEDAY...

With regards to the Sonus Detailing Spritz, are you using the smaller 8 oz. bottle with the fine mist sprayer or the larger size with the regular trigger? I am using the 8 oz. size (great for the glovebox) and always get great results with it over a variety of LSPs.... whether they be carnauba or sealant.

If you do not like it either bin it or trade it. Dont waste your space on products you may use oneday but probably nether again
