Hi guys, i see you guys mix some stuff with menzerna to extend work time and cut down on dusting , as we cant get the red moose hiere in Aus has anybody tried the above as i can get boyt locally???

It would probably work, why not mix a few ounces and see?

BTW, you've given me the idea to add some RMG to Optimum Polish and see if I can get more depth. ;)

Yes, I have. In fact, this is how I came up with the Menzerna/RMG combo. It does extend the working time and does reduce the dust, just not as much as the RMG combo (though it depends on how much OP you mix in). Also, the advantage of the Menzerna polishes (especially the PO series) is that they utilize the best/smallest abrasives and this allows them to cut more while finishing down better than anything else (yes, noticable better than OP)...so mixing another polish with abrasives in kinda negates this benefit.

I did it on my dad's car for a quick one-step. The car looked like it'd been washed with steel wool before, and all but the deep marring came out. It went from something like this (diffirent car, just to give you an idea of the swirls) :

to something like this (but in full sun, this is a pic from a diffirent car but how this car looks under a flash is roughly equivalent to the marring that OCP/RMG left behind under full sun. The result was glossier though) :

Far from Autopian, but when topped with a heavy carnuba (Pink Wax, in my case) it looks better than 90% of the cars on the road. OCP/RMG is my new go to one-step polish for cars that the owners don't want to spring for compounding on. Mixing in a hair of OCC might make it even better, but I've only got the polish and Hyper compound, and I was afraid the hyper compound would leave holograms (I applied via white polishing pad @1500RPMS). Very easy to use, no sling or hologramming, even in full sun

 I have a black BMW at that law firm (last of 20, at least for a while, I hope) that I will have to two step because that is what they are paint for. I saw it last week and it is pretty swirled. I might go with OC/RMG to get some decent cut and filling all in one.

rrusty-RMG is a very deep and wet final glaze. Why not e-mail Clearkote and see what you can work out with them?
