Customer wanted to get his new FR-S coated to give it as much protection as possible and to start its new life correctly. Unfortunately the dealership prepped the car and too say the least...they did their usual expected job.
Pictures started after washing it. Kind of forgot the pictures of before. But from the water beading on the paint to start, I knew it was going to be a lot worse afterwards...
Paint was pretty bad all over. Holograms here, tons of swirls there....
Since I was doing a New Car Prep, whole car got a 1-Step with HD Polish + Uber Orange Pad via the Flex. Some areas had some deeper scratches so those got microfiber cut via the Griots and D300.
After all the polish, vehicle was dusted down and wiped down with IPA. Opti-Guard was applied and left to cure over night and here are the finals. No outside afters as it was really cloudy and the owner picked it up first thing in the morning...
