Owner brought his new C7 to me to get it cleaned and prepped for CQuartz Finest. He put about 1000 miles of enjoyment on it prior to bringing it too me. So when it showed up, it was a little dirty and had a number of wash induced scratches on it. Some areas worse than others, some holograms from buffing at either the dealership or factory and some areas of sanding scratches left. The sanding scratches I found were very small and only in two spots. Nothing major. Car was in great shape overall, but owner wanted it too look great and look like a car of this caliber should.

While I had it, he also had the SunTek Paint Protection Film applied to the front bumper and side mirrors. Just some added protection against rock chips. Also had the faces of his wheels done with Finest to help give them a shine and keep them looking cleaner, longer.

Car came out great. Paint corrected nicely and made the white and carbon accents really pop. Paint had a great glow when it left.

Car as it was dropped off. This is after washing the car and prior to getting any correction or prepping of the paint done.

Some sun shots of the paint to show the scratches that were already present. Some areas are worse than others. If you notice on a lot of the sun shots, the sun spot is not nearly as precise and sharp as it should be compared to what the afters will show.

Little bit hazy looking paint.

More hazy.

Number of scratches here....

After getting it inside, prepping the paint, doing the one step polish, wiping the car down with alcohol, while the Finest was curing on the paint I did the exhaust tips. The right two had been cleaned and the left two uncleaned. Not a major difference, but still a simple thing to do that does make the rear end look great.

Late night at the shop. After everything was done on the car, as I was leaving I noticed in the low light that the white had a great reflection. So captured two quick shots.

Now the following day I took it outside for some afters. This was taken at the same time of day as the befores. You will notice the sun shots are much more precise and sharp. Also scratch-less.

Even this Yellow Jacket approves of the paint. Decided to interrupt my picture.

Car was just a lot more glossy. White was really popping in the sun.

Brought the car inside to put the license plate back on. Figured I would snap a few indoor shots under the LED bulbs.

Always behind a Ford. lol. Sorry, I have owned to many Mustangs.

Then the owner left a comment about his car on the CorvetteForum.
