Did you do that on the vehicle? How did you keep from damaging the surrounding areas with the rotary?

Yes I did not remove the lights, polished them in place. I taped off a few inches surrounding the lights to protect it. Of course it would be easier to remove them but I would call it a 85% to 90% job done. I tended to keep the rotary body angled up towards the engine and work the parts of the lens I could.

Those dodge minivan lights are notorious for fading like that. My mothers old caravan was completely opaque.
