Mini mean hot water carpet extractor / Durrmaid mini carpet extractor

I had my Durrmaid for about 3 years and I would not work without. Just make sure you use a 12 gage extesion cord or you can damaged it. It happend to me the first time I used it. Also put anti-foam on the receiving tank. You will like it.

my boss has two of them and we have worked them to death we get good results, sometimes it takes longer to heat them up than i would like but i think its because we are working in a hurry. i remember in the past someone was stating that the one they had didnt heat up, the durrmaids have a float switch in the fresh tank that will click the heater on only when the tank is full and it does not heat while in use but the tanks are small enough that the water is used long before it cools off, for the portablity of them they are great.

I just got the new unit about 2 months ago. I am comparing it to $2000+ triple vaccuum systems with inlinte heaters (11 gal/11gal.) But for $600 you can't got wrong with buying it. The HP60 is I'm sure better, but not as portable, and $500 more expensive. I have also heard good things about the aztec, but haven't used it. If you do decide to buy, call Dennis at the factory direct.
