What a great machine! The ability and speed of the machine was great. You can really cut down swirls and other defect quickly. The machine seemed to be well balanced, and I really like the rear handle angled down. This seemed to create less stress on the wrist then a straight handle. The speed dial was in easy reach of my thumb, and with variable speed at the trigger it made applying compounds a snap. The Milwaukee seemed to be a little heavy, but since I haven't used other brands, I'm not sure it is any heavier then theres. I tried on a test panel running some glaze compounds at about 2200 rpm's and at about 1400 rpm's. The sheen was incredible at the 2200rpm's. The rotary's are not as scary as everyone says. You do have to be carefull so that you don't burn through the paint, but I don't really see that as being a problem as long as you keep the rotary moving. This is just my opion. And yes I know post with out pics suck. I spent my money on the rotary and not a digital camera.
