Using nothing but a clean damp MF towel. I have been religiously wiping the leather seats of my year old CX-5 every end of the week for the past year. Every month, I apply Sonus Leather conditioner because I absolutely love the smell and how it meshes nicely with the (still) new car smell.
There are a few spots that have developed which just a simple damp MF can't take care of. Of course, mostly driver side bolster with very minor jeans dye stains. Hardly noticeable, but a slight tint on the white leather.
I have tried the usual OTC leather cleaner by Lexol and a few by Meg's. Woolite doesn't seem suitable especially from I have read. I dislike all the smell of those OTC cleaners, and a cleaner/conditioner combo would be redundant since I use Sonus Leather Conditioner only. I am wonder if there is a mild leather cleaner that fits my need.
