Hi All - I am getting back into detailing pretty heavy this past couple of months. I have seen this coating, Migliore Strata, all over amazon and looks pretty good, the gloss and shine from the submitted photos are what caught my eye. Anybody here use or have an opinion?

I was looking at that or the new Carpor UK3.0. I have also followed alot of budgetplans posts, like the kamakazie but dont like the idea of having to buy two different coatings to get the right look (too expensive, i have 2 cars and full size crew cab truck). H22ple sounded promising too but also was very expensive.

When i was a forum lurker about 8 years ago i remember Migliore high end waxes being touted here. I noticed they dont really have a presence im assuming since they are not a forum sponsor. Anyways opinions wanted!

thanks!

I’ve seen it on Amazon also, but I have never heard of anyone actually using it. There are so many coatings on the market now it’s hard just to keep up with the names.

I can’t speak for Migliore, but I’ve been using CQUK 3.0 this year with excellent results. It’s by far the easiest coating I’ve ever used. I don’t have a greatest facility for coating cars anyway, and add to that the humidity and heat we have, and it’s normally a nightmare to even attempt it. The last car I coated with UK was in 90+ degree heat (indoors of course) and high humidity, and didn’t have any issues at all. If you do go that route, I highly recommend spending the extra money and topping it with Reload. UK is pretty “grabby” without it.
