Where do you buy this at and who makes it. All I know of is sonus der wunder wach and pinnacle's microrejuvinator.

I'm not completely sure who developed Microrestore, but I believe that autofiber.com was distributing it before anybody else.

Several posters here have recommeded this product as an alternative:

It is certainly a lot cheaper.

I just ordered some because I'm having trouble getting all the Tide out of my MF & they're not drying worth a darn. I'll post a review after I've had a chance to try it.

I rinsed and rinsed and rinsed, then put some microrestore in, then rinsed and rinsed....and they were no better off if I had just rinsed them.

JDookie has a thread about mf care and he used microrestore and a hot/warm combo on his washer and then the same combo but with vinegar and says they are like brand new. He did this because his mf's were not cleaning properly and scuffed his paint now he has no problem. I just used this idea on my Sonus Pads except with a warm/warm combo and it worked great, my pads have never been so clean.

You're right Sean, it took me almost 7 wash/rinse cycles with hot/warm water to get all the leftover detergent out of them after using Tide:o I haven't tried anything other than Microrestore yet, but I'm sure the others that are available do just as good. I bought my microrestore from autofiber.com when I was buying some mf's, but it's also available from autogeek.net

Please do! I'll be looking forward to seeing it!

MicroRestore is working fine for me. But, then Tide seemed to be working OK on some MFs (the quality ones from autofiber, Autopia, and Pakshak - not the cheap ones from Costco).
