Well I have 3 questions in one post here.

I read on the board about the mircofibers, and what ones to use. but can any of these good microfibers be bought locally at a store/shop or do i have to order them online?

Terry cloth towels, where can i get decent ones/ I read that the walmart ones are not to good.

I have some stuff that needs to be diluted. how do you figure this out? it says the dilutions on it, but I dont understand how to properly dilute it.

Oh yeah another question. you guys say some are removing/polishing with terry towel. Woudl you just use a terry towel for dacp ,or another swirl remover and all final steps use microfiber since it wont scratch?

Quamen, i have yet to find a decent mf at any store, other than an online one !

Costco has some decent cotton towels, you may relegate those for real nasty dirt prior to a MF. MF should be your ultimate weapon of choice though......

As for dilution ratios, if it states 16:1, that equates to 16 equal parts water, to one part chemical....16 oz being a quart sprayer, you would pour 1 part chemical in, then 16 parts water....Part is any incrimant of measure, just make sure chemical, and water parts are "equal"...

Theres still some folks who prefer removing products with terry towels (cotton), i think the consensus is most of us use MF's....If your using a heavy compound/cleaner, i dont see any harm using cotton, just make sure as you approach the final stages, go to the MF....

That's exactly what I do. If I am polishing, I remove with aunt terry.......cotton towels, and if I am waxing, I remove with uncle mic..........rofibers.:D

As for microfibers, all I can say is BUY THEM ONLINE!

Previously I had been using some Turtle Wax Microfiber towels, and they worked for me, but I needed more.

I ordered some online and I love them! (got them at pakshack) I used the Autopia discount and the deal I got is FAR better than what I have seen in stores.

Yes. The really good ones seem to be found online.

Pak Shak towels....search threads. Other good ones, too.

Viking brand sometimes found at Checkers. The Edgeless Orange ones are pretty good and I use them.

China-Mart's have "melted" scratchy corners and Pep Boys are not much better. OK for some things, but I'll never buy another one. :(

Save time...contact PakShak.:usa
