MF towels uses

Hey everyone,
This is kind of a stupid question, but I would like to use the proper MF towels for different jobs. I have 5 green cobra MF detailing towels (finer ones I guess),........a blue super plush one (think its PB's??) and a finer/thinner blue one thats the same,.........three more blue ones I got at parts source that are medium thinkness/plushness,...made by simonize I think,......and two smaller yellow fine MF towels I got for free,...prob good for glass and interior I would guess.

What thinkness do I want to use for different things? I am going to be using Four Star: Ultimate swirl mark remover, paint cleaner, UPP. Do I use thicker/plusher towels for removing stuff like polish and cleaner and finer ones for taking off/buffing after the UPP? Unrelated, when using the UPP should I use one towel to remove it and then another towel to "buff" over the same spot? Same question applies to using polish and paint cleaner etc. These must sound ridiculous to all you pro's,..but I wanna do this stuff right and not mess up my car.

These are the cobra MF towels I have

Thanks,
