Metropolitan Detail F430 with Barry Theal Signature Wax

This one came to us pretty dirty, and had never had a real paint correction, as there were sanding pigtails all over the car, and quite a bit of marring. This is definitely the world's only Carrara White Scud.

As you can see in this picture. The film around the wheel arches is destroyed from years of track use. I wasn't able to repair this, but we may replace at some point.

I had to pick up a pot of Barry's new wax. I am thoroughly impressed with his product. The wax goes on and off super easy, and leaves a super slick finish with a great shine. Think easier than Dodo Supernatural to use, shinier than waxes costing 10x as much, and slicker than a good sealant. This product is definitely a winner. Great job Barry Theal!!!!

Here are a few pictures during the correction taken of some factory sanding scratches.

Here are some after photos.

Thanks for looking!

Nice looking car John. Does this owne by chance own a Ferrari body shop? Could of sworn I saw one (can't remember if it was a Scud?) at Cavalivo a few years ago and spent a good amount of time talking with the owner.

What towel is that btw?

Thanks David. The owner does not own a Ferrari body shop, but the story behind the color is pretty funny. When he ordered the car he told Ferrari he wanted the car painted a special color. When they came back and said to custom paint the price is $XX,XXX extra dollars, he said FINE. I want it PORSCHE Carrara White.

That towel is a Metropolitan Detail SPECIAL to be released SOON.

Ok, gotcha. That paint to sample special order can certainly be a premium.

Ahh, the special Metropolitan towel looks very nice (and promising). Good luck!

LOL, awesome! I would have loved to see the expression of the guy who took that order.

Very nice work John, that finish was DULL to start with. 1000% better now.
