i picked up this 05' BMW x5 this morning. he is a regular customer, a doctor with a bunch of toys and money and no time to take care of them. the last time i washed, i recommended that he consider a full detail and he agreed. i started with vaccuum, and a full wipe down of the dash and detail brush in the tight spots. i shampooed the mats and spot cleaned the interior carpets. then i cleaned and conditioned the leather and i was done on the inside.
