Mercedes trim removal help

Hello all,

I have a white MB 07 C230SS sedan. I would to remove the outside ''beltline'' trim so I can clean and wax it. I searched all the MB forums and couldn't locate any. From what I can see is that there is a torx screw behind the door. I just need to know if the trim slides off or something w/o damage.

If I recall, it's just double sided tape so removed with heat gun/blow dryer and some fishing line/dental floss. Check MBWorld.org though, I believe I recall seeing a thread on dechroming it. Or just post on there. The w203 subforum is fairly active.
