2008 Mercedes E550, owner takes great care of this car. Only 31k miles on it and he had washed it over the weekend and managed to keep it out of the rain so it was still pretty clean and very easy to wash. He has us out a couple times a year to take care of it and its typically as clean as it was this time all the time. Pleasure when a customer stays on top of the car's care like that.

ONR wash (no need to clay, paint was very smooth)

Optimum Hyper Polish using an Optimum MF cutting pad and my Chicago Electric Platinum DA (the one Harbor Freight sells)

Optimum Opti-Seal

ONR wash and wax @ 32:1 to clean glass

Armor All on tires/wheel wells

2010 Ford F-250. I had detailed it late last summer, while the owner was away in Afghanistan (he is a contractor there) since he was expecting to be back. Unfortunately, his trip home was canceled and he just returned late this week. Since I detailed it, the truck has sat outside, during some storms, stuff blew up against the driver's side leaving some marring. Plus the owner's brother had driven it a couple hundred miles to keep the battery charged and just put some miles on it since it wasn't prepped for storage. Wasn't too horrible or anything like that but it did have several months of grime on it from sitting out.

The marring wasn't too bad and the new DA is definitely more powerful than the Meguiars G110 v2 so one step really cleaned it up nicely. And since the garage just isn't big enough to accommodate such a large truck, it will keep sitting out, so protection was the most important part of this job.

Thanks!

Yeah, went through the first set of brushes in 2 months, after putting in the 2nd pair and finishing up the car I was working on, by the next car it was already acting up again. Current issue of Motor Trend (May 2013) has a coupon in it for the CEP for $49.99.
