Merc classe C - Detail avoids repainting

Hello

Another work with another Mercedes...no i don´t work for a M Dealership .
Some friend of mine show me the trunk of his car, and asked if i could make something about it, cause he planned
to repaint that.

Well i took the challenge and started with this setup :

-washed with sonax
- Clayed
- Polished yellow pad with 1Z UPP
- Polishe Green pad with Menzerna IP
- Polished Blue pad with Menzerna FF
- Grojet 2000
- Finished with 4 Star UPP

Its the before:

a trunk full of swirls, tiny marks and shallow paint

those swirls didnt look that severe to opt for a paint job. doesnt u're friend knonw wha u do for a living?

The picture didnt tell all the "truth", the paint was dull and the swirls were moderate but very present...

Some of the shorthand used on the internet gets confusing to those of us that grew up speaking English. Throw in a couple of mis-spelled words and it is even more confusing.

A translation to English = Doesn't your friend know what you do for a living?

A translation to Portuguese = Seu amigo não sabe o que você faz para uma vida?

In other words, he should have known you could fix his problem.
And you did.
