Does Menzerna break down faster that Megs. IP vs. 83 and FPII vs. 80. 80 seemed to take a real long time with the pc.

i think that you have longer working time with menzerna, and the finish comes out better...i made the switch

Do the abrasives break down faster though. 80 is an amazing product, just time consuming with PC.
Ive never tried Menzerna.. would love to though. I use #80 a lot and really like the results I get with it. Ive been using XMT pad conditioner with the #80... a spritz of XMT every couple times I add product to the pad, and it seems to really extend the "play time" which is nice.

Pretty much everything is slow with a PC, I find that FPII works a little longer than #80 but is easier to remove on B/C finishes, overall I think I'm faster with it. If you really want to get faster, learning to finish out on a rotary is 2x or more faster (Usually I can FPII an entire car in an hour and get it perfect, down from about an hour and a half via PC).

I have rotary buffed for years and dont think I can. I guess either deal with trails or deal with the longer time.
