Menzerna PO83 Super Intensive Polish has become the industry standard for the automotive OEM assembly plants as well as the professional reconditioning detailers and enthusiasts. The introduction of a new generation of scratch-resistant clear coat proved to be a difficult challenge for the conventional polishes. Menzerna PO83 Super Intensive Polish uses a new polishing technology that was required to eliminate the sanding scratches that are a result of the coating repair process. These 2000 grit sanding marks had to be quickly repaired on the assembly line to ensure that the line would not be held up. Despite the difficulty of the challenge, the engineers at Menzerna successfully developed the first generation of polishes for scratch-resistant clears.

Menzerna’s line of scratch-resistant polishes, including Super Intensive Polish, exceeded all expectations of polishing performance on fresh OEM applied paint, offering increased speed and levels of gloss that were not thought possible with conventional polishes. The benefits of this technology carried over to aftermarket applications, becoming the most popular paint correction system for the professional reconditioning specialist. Enthusiasts world-wide love Menzerna PO83 Super Intensive Polish for its ability to remove defects while producing a high gloss, near-flawless finish.

Use Menzerna PO83 Super Intensive Polish with a wool, foam cutting, or foam polishing pad to remove defects of different severity. Menzerna PO83 will quickly eliminate buffer swirl and moderate isolated scratches. Use product sparingly in combination with long work times to achieve best results with a dual-action or rotary polisher.

ok so the test car was one that was sprayed out side by someone... Being that SIP says it will make short work of 2k sanding scratches I went ahead and sanded the flat areas on the bumper being careful to stay away from any edges because I'm sure this didn't get baked as the customer told it was painted in his driveway

so applying a liberal amount of SIP to the area I was going to buff with rotary and an orange CCS pad lets see what happens

halogram and scratch free in couple passes. I work in small areas when getting sanding scratches as to make sure you don't miss any. Also be very careful on edges when using a rotary polisher I tape them most the time but in this instance I was getting dust out of the bumper so I really couldnt.

And end results were pretty awesome for a one step solution for getting sanding scratches out on a dark car with a rotary. One thing that I think is really important when using SIP is knowing when to stop. As soon as it starts to dust you should finish you pass and stop because I think at this point if you keep going you'll do more harm than good.

Conclusion:
SIP lives up to all its promises.
It made short work of 2k scratches
It finished down halogram free on a rotary
the bumper where polished was really shiny compared to the rest of the car.
I'll update this by the end of the week when I do a full car with SIP using a DA becuase I know thats what most forum members use and I'm sure it will be more helpful than a rotary review would be.

Once I started using Menzerna polishers they quickly became my go to products because of their flexibility and outstanding performance. :bigups
