Menzerna IP

Do you have any 4" pads?



If not, that's what I would look into buying. The 4" pads have completely transformed how much I can correct. To answer your original question, it depends on the condition of the car.

i know the rule says start with the least abrasive, but if I see swirls on a car I just start with orange. If it's a soft clear, then I'm confident that one pass will work, if it's hard I make 2-3 passes with IP and orange. this is with 5.5 pads but as the OP said, the 4" will give you a better cut
