Menzerna IP and dusting...

Has anyone had any experience with Menzerna IP creating a ridiculous amount of dust?. I've used it three times and each time the floor of my garage ends up looking like Tony Montana's desk. Is it the pads i'm using?. I'm using the regular 6" lake country pads on a pc. Should i try a curved edge pad?. I love the product, just hate the clean up. Help please!

I mix it with ClearKote Red Moose Machine Glaze, a 70/30 mixture. Not only will it cut down on the dusting, but it'll add alot of depth to the paint as well.

Yes...it dusts a lot. You are not alone.

Yes IP, it dusts horribly. It has good cut but the dusting is EXTREMELY annoying. As one mentioned mix a little RMG or FPII on the pad while using it. It will help reduce although not totally eliminate.

You can cut it down though by not using edge pads for one thing

I spritz my quick shot onto the panel after I spread IP and it works great

Does PO85RD 3.01 dust as bad as IP?

Yeah it does dust alot...I prime the pad before hit the panel and dust in the minium.
