Well with the weather spectacular this Memorial Day weekend I was finally able to catch up on some much needed detailing on some of my toys. I first started with my two waverunners (Yamaha and Seadoo) and getting them ready for the season. They had been wrapped up all winter were pretty dirty from sitting around.

Process on both:

Wash with Pinnacle Soap
Dry with Cobra Guzzler
Zaino AIO via PC with a Sonus white pad
Collonite 845
Ultima TTG on all trim
303 on all vinyl

I then moved to my 2005 Toyota 4Runner.

Process was:

Wash with Pinnacle soap
Iron X on spots
Clay with Mothers Clay
Zaino AIO via PC with a Sonus white pad
LSP was 1Z Glanz wax
Ultima TTG on all trim
Zaino Clear Seal on wheels
Megs ASD on tires
Glass cleaned with Zep Glass
Chips filled with Dr. Colorchip

Anyone else get any detailing done this weekend???

We had borrowed that father in law's 2001 S-10 to haul some stuff so I did clean it up with some poorboy's pro polish using a couple of Uber green pads for a paint cleaner and then used Mothers FX (polycharged) as the LSP.

The pads really got dirty very quickly so I had to clean them often. I could have used several more. Thie ubers were supposed to be a polishing pads but did not seem to do much with the pro polish.
 
Haven't done any detailing yet this weekend; been busy playing in the dirt doing yard work and planting. Tomorrow morning though I'll be helping a buddy with his jet black 2001 BMW E38.
 
Did a spring clean up about a month ago on my RSX. I washed, clayed, Prima Amigo, Prima BG.

I started on my car again because it has been so nice out. So far:
- Wash with Megs Shampoo Plus
- Glazed with CG Wet Mirror
- LSP: DP Max wax
- Considering another layer of WMF and Max Wax.
 
yes sir. just the normal wash/ maintain detail.

1. foam gun wash with DP exteem foam
2. eagle one tire/wheel cleaner
3. eagle one tire shine
4. eagle one trim gel
5. tuff stuff for carpets
6. black out dressing on wheel wells
7. wolfgang deep gloss spray sealant

No detailing but I'm converting my garage into a more detail friendly environment. I put a bunch of lighting in and now you need sunglasses to be in there.:D

Right now I'm testing whether I need to get a window A/C unit or just funnel cold air in from the house with a fan. Looks like I might be able to get away without the A/C unit.:rockon
