Meguiars Versa-Angle Brushes

Yeah those aren't so cheap BUT I will say that my original brushes I bought back in 2004-2005 are still going strong even after several years of heavy use. So maybe it would be worthwhile to pick up a couple as spares. Wonder if the seller would combine shipping on multiple items?

Having said that, I can't help but also wonder if Jeff (the OP) is somehow connected to the seller? I always am skeptical when I see a thread like this that the intent is commercial gain.

Yes, they are nice brushes BUT add $11.00 for the shipping and it's not so cheap!:errf:

I have been looking for these brushes since Big Lots had their closeout prices some years ago but none around the Massachusetts/New Hamshire area had any in stock and besides, with gas well over $4 a gallon and with my SRT8 drinking it down at about 15 miles per gallon it was cheaper to me to pay the shpping cost.

Also, to save on shipping cost, I contacted the seller and arranged to have him ship without the handles as I already have two from my previous Meguiars wheel/tire brushes.

Shipping for two was less than the quoted $11.

Shiny,

Agree about the longevity of this brush as mine are over 5 years old and are wearing well.

See the post above to Lonnie regarding shipping multiple items.

No affiliation to the seller what-so-ever. It's just that if I find a good deal or product I like to pass on the info as several other on this forum have done the same for me in the past.

Hey all, I know this is my first post, but I assure you I'm no spammer. I'm the person with the brushes, and I just want to say I have never met or spoke to the OP before he bought the brushes.

I agree $11 is high on shipping, but because of the length of the handle it has to go in a tube. We can always take the handle off if you don't need it and get ya a quote. You can contact me on ebay or here, I don't care either way if you want-on ebay you'll talk to my husband, he answers 99% of the questions on those auctions.

The back story on the brushes, I was a total Meg's addict and we bought out two store displays for the MF towels and some other stuff, but it was a buy everything or nothing deal. Seriously though, the brushes last a LONG time and I really don't need them hanging around and taking up space for other detailing products.

I used to be active on the meg's forums until 3M bought them out. I was never a huge fan of 3M so I backed off and was pondering a new home when I found out about ya'll. I found out that Meg's had a forum through Mike Phillip's old site, Show Car Garage.

So anyway, I just wanted everyone to know the OP gets nothing from posting this except bringing a new member on board :biggrin1: and I'm not a spammer or troll, I'm a detail addict too. I look forward to hanging out with everyone and finding out what to replace my Meguiars addiction with (Mothers maybe)!
