Meguiars Scratch X

I have heard good things about the Meguiar's scratch x. Are these products applied after every wash or do they work the first time around to totally remove a scratch? I noticed a nasty scratch on my hood yesterday. The only thing is I can not feel it when I run my hand along it. I am hoping just a scratch removal product will work. I wanted to stay on the less agressive route with this, as this car is only a few weeks old.

You don't need to apply scratch X after every wash. You can use it as spot repair or apply it to your entire car as a polish to help with swirls if you have them.

If you can not feel the scratch chances are you will be able to get it out. It is a polish so weekly use wuld not be recommended due to long term deterioration of your clear coat.

I've had good luck with it. Usually I'll use a regular polish first to see how much that will take out of it. Then follow with Scratch-X. Its not a "miracle" product but I've had scratches reduced to where they were invisible.
