Meguiars APC Mixing Question

I have a gallon of Meg's APC+ and the Meg's spray bottle for it. It has markings for 10:1 ratio and 4:1 ratio...fill with water to the desired line and then add the concentrated APC+. My question is, do you top the bottle off with concentrated APC+ to get the desired ratio or do you fill to a certain contour of the bottle?
 
Thanks Barry! Thats what I've been doing, just wanted to double check. I might pay you a visit in the fall when I get back to school to get my windows polished and have you recommend a tinter in the area.
 
Is that the Orange one? If so, here's a little heads up-when that stuff is mixed @ 4:1 it is VERY AGGRESSIVE on leather and coated plastic. I accidently let a bottle of it drip on a seat and now I've got to do a spot leather repair.
 
Yeah that's the orange one. I wanted to make sure I was mixing it correctly so I wouldn't do any damage. If I use it on interiors I always spray on microfiber first and wipe the surface, so it doesn't sit and possibly do any damage, unless the interior is caked with dirt like my work trucks get.
