Meguiars and Chemical Guys

I just learned that Meguiars acquired Chemical Guys in 2022. CG gets a lot of shelf space at Walmart. Is there any more on this ?

Yup, it is verified on Chemical Guy`s investment/financial info page that the parent company is Meguiar`s.
They (CG) were owned by AEA Investors.

So 3M "indirectly" owns Chemical Guy`s??
And all this time I was under the impression that Warner Chemicals Manufacturing "owned" (supplied and made products for) Chemical Guy`s.

Maybe that`s why Ollies had CG stuff last year. Chemical Guys leather serum seems to be a pretty good product.
