I dunno, I get the best results from #7 when I use it on single stage paint. Sometimes using one of Meg's "pure polishes" (#3,#5,#7,#81) adds quite a bit, other times you won't see any improvement. You really just have to try it for yourself and see which category your paint/situation is in. FWIW, on b/c paint I prefer #5, #3, #81 (in that order) due to ease-of-use factors, and I don't miss the added oils in #7 (that's with b/c paint, I like #7 on ss).
