Anyone used Meguiars 21 sealant by DA or Rotary how it performed.

I have used by hand but now have a Griots DA.



any pics would be helpful

I don't really recall the speed. Probably a 3 or 4. I just used the slowest speed in which the pad would rotate with only the weight of the machine. FYI, my PC came from Griots as well. UC/UP (like M105/205) should work up fine. I did a one stepper with D151 followed by the M21 on my daughters daily driver not long ago and it turned out pretty good. Look for the 'saving my daughters car' thread. All done with the Griots DA and a combo of LC Hydro and Griots pads.
 
I have used M21 with my PC and a LC gray finishing pad a few times. I have gone as low as speed 1, but I usually go with either 2 or 3. M21 spreads quite easily on the car. It's pretty goof-proof. Just make sure it dries (around 20 minutes) before buffing or you're just pushing it around and not wiping it off.
 
I've spread it at speed 4 on the PC and let it dry for about 2 hours. Wiped it off and it only seemed to last about 1 month on freshly polished and stripped paint. I use DP poli-seal and so far have 2 months on that and it is still going strong. I was not impressed with M21 at all (personal opinion).
