Megs W66 Solo Backing Plate

I picked one of these up on Ebay at an awesome price thanks to a recommendation from Al-53. I noticed the plate is about 5.75 inches. How do you guys feel about using these with 6 inch pads. I noticed that the edge of the plate is close to thee pad edge but since the plate has a foam cushion I wonder if I am ok.

I have used it with a 6" 3M blue foam pad, just have to be careful in tight areas.

Yes Al it fits fine. My only concern was the smaller 6 inch pads (ie Sonus etc)

Perfect fit for the CCs 7.5 inch pads & you won't have to worry about the edge of the plate making contact the the surface because the back of the pad is recessed.
