Megs Ultimate Paste

I just used some Megs Ultimate Paste and it seemed to me the carrier remained very sticky even though I believe I waited a sufficient amount of time (especially for as warm as it was (upper 70's) and it was early evening and the surface was cool.
I didn't like it ... whine...whine. (I'm remembering carriers that practically dust off).
Anybody else used it with a different experience?

Thanx

Maybe too thick a layer? UP has a "thin film" formula that only needs a little bit. When I use it on my car, it pretty much disappears shortly after application.

I thought I did apply it very thin...any thinner and I'da left the can in the garage. I think I'm gonna see what Duragloss has to offer. I'm also thinking of going to liquid instead ofpaste.

How long did you let it dry? I have noticed that for removal to be the easiest, I apply it to 1 or 2 panels, then immediately buff off the residue. I made the mistake ONCE of applying it to the whole car before removal and it was like you described, sticky-difficult to remove and almost like trying to remove concrete.

Since then, I usually wait no more than 5 minutes-starting from the time I begin applying the wax to the panels.
