Megs Ultimate Compound Consistency

Has anyone had any issues with the Megs UC consistency? I have two bottles that I have had laying around for about 4 months. One was kept inside in my basement and one was kept out in my garage (no heat or freezing issues). I recently went to use the product and it is like water. Even after shaking it forever it stays the same.

I checked a bottle of UC at my local Walmart and it is thick.

Anybody else having issues with this product?

I was thinking of calling Megs customer service.

There was some rather lengthy discussion on MOL about this. Basically contact megs customer service, its not suppossed to be watery.

Thanks for the heads up. I'll head over to MOL to see what I have to do to send it back.

**Edit**

Just called customer service and they are sending a new bottle to me. Didn't ask for the batch number or anything. I could have been lying and never purchased a bottle to get a free one.

Great customer service though.

My UC bottle is watery as well. I tried to use it for the first time this last weekend. I have had it for about 4 months.

On the other hand, my bottle of SwirlX is extremely thick. It was impossible to shake and it was a bear to squeeze it out of the bottle. Go figure! :nixweiss

Now that you've mentioned it, I did notice a lot of sloshin' goin' on when I shook the thing. I'm going to verify tonight. I just bought it like 3 weeks ago too. Thought it was normal, but sounds like this may not be the case.

Thanks!

Mike

Looks like they want me to send my bottle in and then they'll send me a replacement. Bummer. Was looking forward to using it in the next couple of days.

The early production runs of UC had a problem and went all watery after about 2 months. The newer versions seem much thicker. Hopefully they figured out the issue and have it resolved with the newer versions. Megs has had formulation issues with #21 and now UC. Hopefully they can get their QC in order.
