...cleaning pads for acrylic tub/shower surrounds. More abrasive/aggressive than a sponge, less so than scrub pad so no scratching. Seems to be juuuuuust right.

Have found a few things in the `ol detailing supply cabinet that make domestic chores easier and more effective.
- Kamikaze ISM has a few nice uses:
- Lends nice glow to granite countertops, easy cleanup of spills and such
- Helps protect polished stainless steel appliance finishes; resists fingerprints and also lends a nice glow
- Keeps black appliance touchpad/control surfaces clean and smudge free...really excels in this particular area. It`s kinda bizarre but amazing all at the same time.

- McKees Paint Coating helps to keep shower surround solid-surfaces clean and hydrophobic. Oddly, topping the coating with Polish Angel High Gloss, while stunning in appearance, seems to degrade the self-cleaning abilities of the underlying paint coating. I guess High Gloss doesn`t play nicely with Lever 2000 bar soap splashes while the McKees alone just sheds them right off.

Obviously I`m a bit bored and the weather here in NE Ohio is gonna suck for the next few months.

I spray waxed my shower walls with ultimate quik wax one afternoon (bored). didn`t last very long, but they stayed noticeably cleaner for a while. really helped on the shower door.

Whoa ISM coat on countertops and appliances? At $140 for 30ml I dont know if I would ever want to use that on my countertops or appliances but that is cool.
Could you not also use McKees paint coating or similar quartz/ glass coatings on your countertops or maybe even a sealant like Opti-Seal?

I use Hydro 2 Lite on my plastic shower curtain and shower glass doors. Its awesome. Water sheets right off and no water spots plus its easy to apply ;)

The ISM was leftover that wouldn`t have made it to next Spring so what the heck, was looking at anything and everything i could try it on...at first it was just kinda a `what the heck` thing but the way it keeps the gloss, black control pads of appliances really, really clean was/is quite impressive. As well as the stainless. Guessing any coating might work as well, the McKees really kept the solid surface shower clean...until i hit it with the PA High Gloss; suds don`t seem to slide off of it as much anymore.

We do have a high end detail shop up here advertise coating countertops, they`re kinda a CQUARTZ shop so that stuff must work well also.
