Going to have my black Jeep srt8 detailed tomorrow "paint correction", the detailer suggests using the Gloss it products for paint correction. He does also use megs 105/205 but says the results will be better with the Gloss it products. I was leaning towards the Megs at first but I'm having second thoughts what do you guys think?..

step, buffer and pad for M105, 205

- M105 on the rotary equipped with a Meguiars Maroon Solo wool pad .

- M105 on the rotary equipped with a orange LC foam pad.

- M205 on the PCXP (DA) equipped with a black LC pad.

Basically sounds like he is more familiar with the Gloss-It products and gets better results from them.

I would allow him to use what he has more confidence in. I personally never used Gloss It due to price and I have been more then happy woth meg 105, 95 and 205

They are pretty comprable when it comes to results. I usually use the M105/M205, however, I have used the Gloss-it evolution cut and Gloss-it evolution extreme cut. The only difference that I have found is that the Gloss-it products can be used without much effort and still get amazing results when used in direct sunlight, when the vehicle surface is hot and when it is quite humid. Aside from the cost for such small bottles, the Gloss-it products compare very well to the Megs 105/205. As said before, he may be more comfortable with the Gloss-it products, and if that is the case, let him run with it. I assure you that if it is done correctly, you will not even be able to tell which of the two product's he used.
