Should i use it 10:1 on tires and engine or 4:1?

i use it at the 4:1 ratio for tires, wells, etc...

mines 10:1 but i use it for carpets,seats and vinyl.have not tried it on tires and engines yet

Nuke, read the label on the bottle. You'll find multiple dilutions for common tasks.
