Meg#21(2.0) or Blackfire Wet Diamond?

My current Sealant of choice right now has been M21 2.0 and it has been a great sealant for me. However I can't ignore all the reviews on Blackfire Wet Diamond. Do I need to purchase a bottle of BFWD? How is the durability compared to M21?

I would say with BFWD you should at least get 4 months of durability. Maybe a little more. I will say BFWD is slicker than #21 2.0.

You'll have to be the judge on looks between the two especially on your vehicles. Both look good, but I would give the edge to BFWD on my vehicles.

Fwiw. I've spend a lot of money over the past few months on high end products, and many of them I wouldn't buy again. Not worth it.. imo However, I would/will buy BFWD when I run out.

Hope this helps.

Couldn't agree more

+2 Agree completely. You can't go wrong with BFWD.

I liked #21(2) but Blackfire is without doubt superior in my opinion. Most users will agree that it is extremely easy to use and excels in appearance.

I really like the M21 (2) but is not available OTC , but I can get it from an autobody supply house locally. It has good durability for me and I get months out of it . For the cost/easy availability/looks and durability I'll take the M21.

I'd agree with Busa. I'm halfway through my second bottle of BFWD and will probably be getting a larger size on my next order. I like M21 as well, but BFWD just out does it in pretty much every catagory.

I'm with the BFWD crew and I haven't even cracked open my first bottle yet!

I'm just waiting for my 3 coats of NXT 2.0 to wear out...then I can finally try this amazing BFWD .

Can I piggyback a question on this thread?

I've seen some photos of BWD and am impressed, but I have a bottle of JetSeal that has plenty left. Any comparison between those two?

I'd love to try some out, but they need to sell the stuff in smaller sizes. 16oz would last me years.

Fallguy, I picked up a bottle of #21 from an O'Reilly's a week or so ago. If you have one near you go check them out.

I forgot to mention #21 was a little difficult to remove and smeared on my hood and trunk. I got it removed, but I didn't have to deal with these type of problems with BFWD.

If I were to choose between the two now that I've used them both. I would definitely go for BFWD. You could always buy both of them and see which one you like the best.

Good luck.

I am a huge fan of blackfire wd, it's all i reccomend to anybody who wants a good "wax" that isnt dodo juice supernatural or any of the higher end zymol or swissvaxes

.

#21 needs to go on real thin just like any sealant, let it haze and then it should come off really easy. I have been using #21 and have never had that problem except for teh first time is used it. I am looking forward to trying BWFD in the future.

Ok I will put my bottle of M21 away for-awhile and give BFWD a try.

What online retailer is everyone ordering BFWD from?

Detailedimage or properautocare :2thumbs:

I just used it on my black Pathfinder. Honestly, I can't say it's EVER looked better.

And in terms of slikness - I rested a MF on the hood, turned around for a second, and it was on the ground. I'm very impressed.

I put Chemical Guys EX Creme Glaze under it. The look was incredible.
