Matte white vinyl

I have a new Scirocco that I was working on today and was wrapped in matte white vinyl. Some areas around the door handle and hatch were dirty due to dirty hands. I tried a few things to clean it but was coming up short. Any advice on to what would work here? I tried rubbing alcohol as suggested by the installers, the shampoo I was using, dawn, and erasure from Car Pro. Anyone have luck with something else?
 
The stripes (vinyl) on my MINI could be lightly polished. Did it once with good result but I'd hesitate to do it too often.
 
I was looking for something easier that the client could do on a weekly basis. I will let him know if he can do that if he NEEDS to
