It is so hard to apply this stuff. i use it with 3 different MF towels and it is still grabby as hell. streaks ALOT. gloss looks good, but not worth the annoying application. I think im going to stick to my beloved M135 for now.

At which dilution are you using it? Because the recommended dilution is too strong for some paints. In this case, the product deposits too much actives onto the surface and hence the smearing. Add more distilled water to it to stretch the dilution to at least 3.5:1 or 4:1.

What size container did you buy? If you bought the 17 ounce spray bottle it's already in it's ready to use form. if you bought the 32 ounce or bigger it would be a good idea to read the directions on the bottle. Dilute it 3:1 or stretch it to 4:1 as advised above.

i bought the 17 ounce

Definitely don't go diluting it then, it'll be nearly water at that point.

Can you tell us more about it? How much were you using? Were the panels on the car hot?

Sometimes a 17 oz bottle can be mixed stronger (aka contains more actives) than normal. In this case you have to add a little bit of water to it.

i added water when the oid 17oz full concentrate bottle was half full. did help with streaking and was easier to apply. left the finish just as slick and glossy.

You could be using too much product. I use a small spray bottle that produces a mist and only one shot per panel and it works great. Very slick and no streaking.

I bought OID in the concentrate; diluted it 3:1. Works PERFECTLY for me.

Super slick; looks great; no streaking under high humidity or direct sun conditions. Could dilute further probably...

If you're using it full strength, as everyone said, try diluting it with distilled water just a bit.
