As with my other thread, snippets from guides which I am revamping which I hope members here will also find useful 
The two videos here were videos that Allie and myself made while working on a '70 MGB with the aim for them to become part of revamped machine polishing guides which are to include videos of the processes to hopefully make points clearer ... A project that Gordon, Allie and I are working on alongside our product testing
Now, I appreciate fully that everyone will have their own techniques when it comes to machine control, especially over curved panels but this video pair will hopefully convey my technique and ideas and be of some use to those getting used to rotary polishers and machine control. The key is to stay relaxed, and that is important regardless of the methods that you are using, and allow your arms to be the suspension of the machine.

Menzerna Intensive Polish being used on a CYC White Polishing pad here, no efforts made to refine the IP finish here as the car was receiving a finishing polish for dedicated refining anyway (the subject of another video). :thumb:
