Saturday morning I found myself with a mug of hot coffee staring out the window. Like many Autopians, a series of products and steps were running thru my head.
Should I apply another coat of a wax? Should I wash, clay and seal? Is it going to rain? Is it too early for Nutella? Can I finally polish and coat?
With the mug of coffee in my hand replaced with a family sized jar of Nutella, I headed outside for a closer inspection. As I opened the front door, a wave of humid heat greeted me to the outdoors. The last few weeks here have been HOT and HUMID. Very muggy feeling. An instant layer of sweat would cover my body as soon I went outdoors. I immediately started to alter my plans. Mother nature isn`t something I like to mess with.
I headed back inside and started to rummage through my car care collection. Finally, I came across a product I haven`t tried yet...
Lowrider Perfect Shine
I turned the bottle over and the first sentence caught my attention, "This quick detailer is specifically formulated for use in hot, humid weather....".
To my surprise, some of the ingredients are listed on the bottom of the bottle. A quick Google search unveiled this product to have chemical cleaners in it. So it cleans the paint (removes waterspots, traffic film, etc) while adding protection. I also found a YouTube video with Joe Ray from Lowrider with application directions...
I applied it the same way he did in the video, with a damp microfiber towel saturated with Perfect Shine in straight lines.
I didn`t take before or application pictures because I wasn`t planning on writing a review. But I applied it in direct sunlight in the early afternoon and application was a breeze. The water spots on my tank were gone and I was left with a....perfect shine
It wasn`t until the weekend was over that I really got excited about this product. I put a lot of miles on the bike this weekend and the paint still looked amazing. I received a lot of compliments and I kept thinking about the last product I used was Lowrider Perfect Shine.
I just wished my wheels stayed as clean as the paint after a high mileage weekend!
The paint hasn`t been touched since Saturday morning and we did get some rain on Saturday night.
Lowrider Perfect Shine was our Free Gift of the day yesterday and hopefully we`ll get feedback from other users as well.
Thanks for reading!
