in all CT Lowes stores.

Stopped by my local Lowes store and found hundreds of grout sponges for sale.

Bot a few for $2/ea and then asked the sales rep if these are being discontinued. Computer inventory showed all CT Lowes had them in stock and that they are NOT being disc. These were the Armaly ProPlus grouting sponges with the perforations.

FYI.

I don't beleive those are the ones that got such great reviews in the past.

These are the ones I have been using and I can't find them in Lowes any longer (I'm in CT as well)

I called Intex in GA the mfg of the ProLine sponges. Was told by CS that they stopped making them a few years ago.

I still have one left from Lowes. Time to buy and try other sponges.

I used them mainly for ONR washes. When they got somewhat dirty I tossed them. At $2 per sponge they were expendable. During NE winters they were good for 1-2 washes. Others maybe used them for regular weekly washes during spring, summer, fall.

I bought dozen of them about 4 months ago at Lowes, so they have not been discontinued.

They did not have them in my nearby Lowes, however--picked them up 20 miles away in the Douglasville, GA store.

What are you guys using as an alternative? Been using these as my go-to product for years and only have 3 backups left. Not as big of a fan of mits, so curious what else is out there?
