looking for the deepest shine

This is Finish Kare's pink wax and I really like it. Gives you that deep wet look.

Well I expect that you will get a lot of different answers and what your going to find is to try several different things out and then see what you like.

Do you have a PC and what kind of condition is your paint in? If you have scratches, oxidation, and swirls then do some searches and you can figure out how to take care of those problems.

Once your paint is in excellent condition then here are a few things to think about.

Souveran is generally considered to be the best carnuba, but it's pretty expensive. I usually use S100 which is extreemely nice but cost about a quarter of what Souveran does.

Try using AIO and then top it with a carnuba, always a winner.

Then try using a pure polish like megs #81 Hand polish followed by a Carnuba.

Then possibly try a pure polish, a sealant without any cleaners such as EX-P, and then a carnuba.

Also, try multiple coats of the carnuba with at least 24 hours in between the coats.

#26 gives an artificially deep shine, as it deepens the colour AND provides and oustanding shine.

Even Meg's GC which I found has crappy durability, provides a VERY deep shine.

My $.02

I've found Pinnacle Souveran gives a transparent depth effect. Other waxes like Meguiar's Gold Glass gives a warm glow depth. Here is the system that I use that results in a deep, wet, reflective, durable attention-grabbing look:

- * Washing and proper prep work of course *

- Wipe down with Optimum Instant Detailer & Gloss Enhancer

- Apply Chemical Guys Wet Mirror Finish Gloss Magnifier

- Apply Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant, Wolfgang Deep Gloss Liquid Seal, or Wolfgang Deep Gloss Spritz Sealant

- Wait 12 hours for sealant to bond to paint

- Top with Chemical Guys Butter Wet Wax, Pinnacle Souveran Wax (paste, liquid or spray), or Pinnacle XMT Wax (paste or spray)
