looking for some Meg # 16

Anybody have some extra Meg #16 they would be willing to part with ? even the location of a place that have some would be of great help. seems like every time I see it , it is gone. looked into getting it from the UK and the price was very , very high. even thought I had some and the place e-mailed me ( of course after taking my CC payment ) and told me they were out. tried to sell me an Meg alternative. darn this is getting expensive ( since I did not get my money back ) guess that is the price of being an Autopian ?

you should disute the charge and stop payment for a product that you never received . . . thats bogus . . .

Well I am planning on contacting my CC company if the person does not refund the purchase. I was just suprised that they had it listed in stock and then tried to sell me something else. I would like to think their intentions were to give me a replacement. was just hoping to find the original. as we all know you want to try the actual #16. well keep your eyes and ears out and please let me know if you should stumble on any. do not even need to know where you got it, if you want to keep that a secret.
 
i have a tin that I am selling on megs.com for 28 via paypal or 26 via money order. if you get back with me first, it's yours. it's 98% full. i used it on an rsx hood once. payment includes 2-3 day priority mail shipping.
 
well i emailed them(my secret for now :chuckle: ) to make sure that for 1 they have it and 2 that they will ship to the US.the website says that the answer is yes to both of those questions but i dont want to repete what happened to flatstick so i will let you guys know the results.

Well I am waiting to see if the cc charge is reversed. if it is not then I will be disputing the charge, getting my refund the harder way. at that point this website will be announced for all to see. do not want anybody else getting the bait and switch done to them. hey how about grabbing me a couple if the price is right ? for what I have spent, would be nice to at least have a couple on hand :nixweiss
 
well i received an email back verifying that they DO have the 16 and they do ship worldwide so i onlu ordered 1 to be on the safe side.when i get it in and everything goes smoothly then ill let you guys know what site it is and you can order all that your little heart desires.The total came out to be $30 shipped so its not that bad.i have not used this before but everyone is always saying how good it is so i hope its worth it.

Well looks like you have at least one for yourself. have to admit was looking for a better price but that may be the going rate :nixweiss let us know how you make out with it.
 
If you were ordering from overseas, you should have bought a few extra and resold them. You probably could have made some extra money to pay for overseas shipping.
 
actually the shipping is relativley cheap.it was only $8.most of the things i ship within the US is usually $5-6 so its not that bad.
 
well i just received my #16 in today and it took just under 2 weeks to get here.not bad from the UK. anyway it was just at $30 shipped and the cool thing about the site is that on the right side about 1/4 of the way down is a drop down menu that changes the currency on the whole website from GBP to Euro to US dollars so you dont have to worry about exchanging funds thru paypal or whatever else.its awsome.well heres the site.enjoy=)
