I have a 2005 F-150 super crew dark blue (true blue) that i own for 1yr. I have always done the washing myself using megs gold class and a sheepskin mitt. I dry the truck with a DF towel and only went to a car wash *1* time when it was 10 degrees out. (big mistake)...I now have some minor i will say swirls , but they are more of a straight line and you can only see them in the sun at an angle...I know pics will help and i will try to get some. I dont own a PC so i think i can just hide the swirls.I bought the Zaino ZKIT 1 & Z8 and some cobra WW towels and i will try to acomplish my project over a 2day period. (alot of sheetmetal) Here goes:
Z7 wash
Z18 clay
Z5 (w/ZFX) maybe x2
Z2 pro (w/ZFX)
Z6 or Z8 as needed
303 on all plastic trim
The interior just needs a vacuuming and general cleaning. Still like new
-I also wonder if the swirls/marring or whatever they are are from MY drying tecnique.
