Liquid Wax Dry time

it really depends upon the product and the conditions it was used under..ie heat or cold, sun or shade :)

read the directions on each different product you use:bigups

Do the 'finger swipe' test (in an inconspicuous area :D ). If you swipe your finger across the wax and it comes away clean, with no streaking or smearing, then it's ready to remove.

How thick or actually thinly you apply the wax will make a difference in not only the dry time, but the ease of removal.
The extra wax that you have to wipe off doesn't have any benefit to your paint. It's just more work to remove, more apt to streak, more apt to dust, more apt to require more turning of your removal towel.
Thin is in. If you can see it on the paint, that's plenty. Maybe even more than plenty. :)

When you see a light hays, it is ready to remove. Use SUPERGLAZE and you can even put it on and remove it in direct sunlight. It is the best product of it's kind.

Do I smell spam? Two posts in a row pushing superglaze on ebay site.
Could be.
Especially since 4 out of his 5 posts have referred to Super Glaze.
Then again, maybe he's just excited about the product. :)
Don't worry, he has been noticed. :)

I tried superglaze in my gas tank and got better gas mileage. After that I put some on my salad and fantastic. There's nothing this product can't do!

sorry couldn't resist :crazy2:

Back to the original question; Dry time is dependant on the product used. Some are wipe on/wipe off while others have a hazing time. Also as mentioned previously, the thickness of the coat applied and the weather affect things as well.
