If you like auction sites like eBay, then you'll love StealItBack.com Its a site where stuff the police have confinscated over the years has piled up and they are selling it off. There is a ton of crap on there, but sometimes that is what you are looking for. The seller is always the same, so there is less chance of getting screwed or ripped off. You don't have to worry about snake bidders or sellers who don't really have the stuff. I have found it to be far more reliable to buy from than eBay. Check it out if you want to do a little shopping. I use it mostly for buying coins and collectibles, but you might find the electronics interesting too. If nothing else you will be amazed at what the police have in their property lockers. You might even find some of your own stuff in there....

That's a good site. I've bought a lot of old money on there. I've got a stack of silver certificates and even an uncut sheet of $2 bills that I got from there. I've been ripped off on eBay before (probably like everybody else who has done more than one deal there) but I have never been ripped off on steal it back. They have a lot of garbage on there, but some of it is pretty cool stuff. If nothing else then you can buy it for cheap there and then sell it on eBay with proper keywords to maximize search hits and make a grip of profit on it. The market for junk is really incredible. People will buy anything these days.
