Light - Medium Scratch and Swirl Removal

My neighbor bought a 05 Charger the other day and when he got home noticed some small scratches and swirls. I am confident in my use of the PC (have been using it a decent bit) but not sure as to what to use on the scratches and swirls, and with what pad on what speed. Thanks for any advice.
 
I'm just down the road from you in Overland Park: If you have the Meguiar's pads + product, here's a suggestion:



#8006 pad with #83 DACP (small scratches & swirl remover)



#9006 pad with NXT or your favorite wax.



If you use other pads from different vendors (Propel, etc), check their recommendations.
