Light colored cloth seats

What's the easiest way to clean light colored cloth seats (that are pretty dirty)? I want to make sure that when I clean them, they don't waterspot - they are a khaki color. I currently have Folex, Woolite, and a couple of APCs. Any methods, or techniques that you guys have found for addressing dirty seats, so that when they dry, you don't get water spots?
 
A carpet extractor. Other than that a low moisture product such as a foam cleaner; Stoner's Carpet and Upholstery foam works well.
